Shipping policy
Delivery charges are calculated based on your location and will be shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
Orders are processed Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM, excluding public and mercantile holidays. Orders placed on Sundays will be processed on the next working day (Monday).
While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, our team will keep you informed.
Standard Delivery Time
- Colombo & Suburbs: 2 – 3 working days
- Outside Colombo: 3 – 5 working days
Store Pick-Up
Customers may choose store pick-up at checkout. Once your order is ready, you will be notified via SMS or email.
- Orders must be collected within 24 hours of notification
- Uncollected orders after 7 working days will be cancelled
