Eligibility for Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are only accepted if:

  • The product is damaged or defective on arrival
  • The wrong item was delivered
  • The product is unopened, unused, and tamper-free

Return requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery. Requests after this period may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3–5 working days.
